Fun Express Invoices for SKLD

There are some issues with duplication of Fun Express invoices. We are entering them one day and the next day they come in electronically.

 

Until these issues can be fully worked through, when you receive a case in Salesforce to enter Fun Express invoices for SKLD, check to see if there is a Purchase Order # (see below). If there is, do not enter the invoice that day.

 

Check the next day to see if the invoice appears in our system. If it does, just close out your Salesforce case indicating that the invoice came in electronically. If the invoice is not there the next day, wait one more day, check again, and if the invoice is still not in our system, then you can enter it.
