PLACING AN ORDER: If you are visiting Sysco’s site to create your cart and thereby place your order, all in the same session, you should receive the following screen (see below) confirming your order was submitted. You can then close this screen, go back to Procurement Partners, locate your shopping cart for the order, and submit it. You should then be able to switch facility locations and successfully pull up the new facility location on Sysco’s website.
JUST LOOKING: If you are just looking for pricing or are just creating a partial cart which you plan to come back to at a later time, then you must click on the ‘Close’ link (outlined in red in the image below) to properly exit the web browser session on the Sysco site. Do NOT click on the “X” in the top right corner of the window as this will not properly close your session with Sysco and the location you had just created the cart for will not change when you go back to the Procurement Partners site, select a different facility location, and try to revisit Sysco.
