Issue: Someone requests a GL Code to be changed on a Requisition

Solution: Once the Requisition is created and submitted, the GL code can no longer be changed on the Requisition itself. However; there are two other ways in which the GL Code can be changed.

1. The GL code can be changed on the Order tab or,
2. When someone creates a requisition, it goes through an approval process. When the requisition is fully approved, they will receive notification of its approval and can proceed with placing the order. A new button will appear at the bottom of the approved requisition called "Create Invoice". They will need to wait until the order is placed and all items are received and then they can click on the "Create Invoice" button to create an Offline Invoice. When they create the offline invoice, this is the other place that they can change the GL Code.
