Shopping Cart Items / Quantity Not What User Ordered

If you receive a call from a user whose shopping cart comes back with more items than they ordered, it is most likely due to them having a pre-existing shopping cart that was sitting on Procurement Partners from a previous session which they never submitted.
They can only have 1 shopping cart per vendor on Procurement Partners website so if they created multiple shopping carts on a vendor's site and submitted them back to Procurement Partners, they will combine into a single shopping cart containing all items.
Advise the user that anytime they log into Procurement Partners, they should navigate to the 'Transactions' tab, select 'Shopping Carts' from the drop down menu and confirm they do not have any pre-existing shopping carts pending. If they do and they do not wish to order those items, make sure they delete the shopping cart before creating a new one.
