Direct Supply (DSI) Punchout Error

If you have a user that reports a ‘Vendor Direct’ punch out error for Direct Supplyonly and they are receiving the error message as shown in the image below, make sure perform the troubleshooting steps outlined below:

 

 

TROUBLESHOOTING:

 

  1. Confirm you, the support agent can access Direct Supply via the ‘Vendor Direct’ portal area by selecting their punch out.
  2. If you can access Direct Supply but the user cannot, check the user’s profile in Procurement Partners to see if their email address has a space at the end.  If there is a space at the end, the email address associated with the user will not be recognized as a valid email address by the vendor thus preventing the user from accessing Direct Supply’s website and returning a punch out error on Procurement Partners’ ‘Vendor Direct’ punch out.

    To fix this issue, remove the space at the end of the email address & click ‘
    Save’.  Now the user should be able to access Direct Supply’s website.
