How to Verify Delivery Dates for a Vendor

We received a request from Sysco asking if we could run a report on any clients that are serviced out of Sysco-Boston with Friday deliveries.

 

To find this out, log into the Vendor portal.

Go to Administration>Customers

 

Sort by Distribution Entity. Expand the items per page to 50. In the example below, we can see that only one organization uses Sysco 056 –Boston. And that is HSLG – Hawthorne Senior Living.

 

 

Now that you know which customer uses that distribution center, you can go to Administration>Cutoff Times to find out what the scheduled delivery dates/cutoff times are.

  • Click on the drop down arrow next to Customer and select the organization. If there is more than one organization that uses this distribution center, you will need to repeat these steps for each customer.
  • Click on the drop down arrow next to Distribution Entity and select the appropriate one.
  • If you need to see the cutoff times for all locations for an organization, leave the Location drop down box on the default of All.
  • Click Search

 

If more than one location uses the Distribution Entity you ran your search for, you will want to click on each location to find out their delivery dates. In the example below, the first location listed under Hawthorne Senior Living, only has Delivery Dates on Monday’s and Thursday’s. After doing this for each location listed, we were able to let the vendor know that there were no Friday delivery dates for any of our organizations that are serviced out of Sysco Boston.
