Changing the Default GL Code for Items Not Yet Loaded

If we receive a request to change the default GL code of an item, first check Insightly to see if there is any approval needed for GL changes.
If the item does not show up when searched (see below), we will need to send it to Item Update to be loaded into the catalog.
We can reach out to Item Update via Salesforce. Most of the time, the user will include a screenshot or a document with all of the item information. We will need to either include that, or find the item information on the vendor website.
We will need to make sure the organization, vendor, item number(s), item description(s), and the requested GL code to default to are all included in our request.
