MCKESSON PUNCHOUT:  No ‘Submit’ Button on Vendor’s Site

 

If a user calls noting that they have no way to submit their cart or are not seeing the ‘Submit’ button on McKesson’s site when trying to submit their cart back to Procurement Partners this is because they most likely have items marked as ‘Rejected’ in their cart.  Shopping carts containing ‘Rejected’ items are not allowed to be submitted by the vendor.  Remove the items marked as ‘Rejected’ & you should be presented with the ‘Submit’ button.

 

If you are still having issues & are not seeing the ‘Submit’ button either check for any other items which may be causing the issue or have the user reach out to McKesson to determine the issue.
