The UOM (Unit of Measure) Self Help Tool is used to correct the -15 error when a 3-digit non-ANSI UOM or unrecognized 2-digit UOM comes back in the shopping cart, for punch out customers.  When this occurs, the unit of measure must be corrected before the order can be created and submitted to the vendor.

Changing 3-digit UOM on -15 Error Order

A notification email is sent to support@procurementparatners.com

The support team logs on to the self-help tool and fixes the shopping cart by changing the unit of measure to the correct 2-digit ANSI code:

Under the Transaction Tab, select the -15 errored order using the arrow.  Select edit on line with incorrect UOM

Change the incorrect UOM (3 digits) to the correct 2 digit ANSI Code

Then select the “Reprocess this” under the order to reprocess the order.

Once the cart is finalized, the support team notifies Integrations of the error so they can reach out to the vendor so it can be corrected in the punch-out.
