If a user starts a shopping cart for McKesson on Vendor Direct and they are unable to complete their order, it will suspend the order but the user can go back and submit it at a later time. They just have to go back in through Vendor Direct and when they get to the McKesson site, follow the steps below. NOTE: Shopping carts will be deleted after 60 days of inactivity.

Select 'Home', 'Resume Suspended Cart'

It will bring up a list of recent shopping carts with the last modified date. 

The user can then add additional items to their cart or select 'Punchout' to complete the process.
