If a user calls stating they are having issues with Procurement Partners and you can confirm they are using Internet Explorer, have them check to see if their Foundations logo is overlapping other text (see image below). If it is, you may need to adjust their Internet Explorer settings.
Per PSD, have the user do the following in Internet Explorer to fix the issue:
Go to 
icon > Compatibility View Settings
Uncheck box next to Display Intranet Sites in Compatibility View
If the user continues to experience issues, please direct them reach out to their IT department. They may need to have their pc updated with the most current Windows updates as well as the most recent version of Internet Explorer.
IMPORTANT! Please notate what version of IE they are using.To verify which version of IE the user has, click on the icon and go to About Internet Explorer
As an alternative you can also recommend that they use Google Chrome as their web browser as it has the least amount of issues with our site.
