For PSD’s Vendor Direct portal, please note per organization’s Implementations Lead, Cheng Vang, only PSD users will have access to APS Marketing Group’s vendor punchout.  This means that we (Client Services) currently have no way to determine whether this vendor’s punchout is down without a user notifying us and providing us with a screenshot.  We will always see the error message ‘Error:  Vendor Direct:  PunchOut Services Not Available At This Time…’ if we try to access this vendor’s punchout.

We cannot create any test user accounts to access this vendor’s punchout and test it because only PSD-related email addresses will work for logins, so any non-PSD-related email addresses will NOT work.
